For more than 30 years I've worked across rail, transport and offshore wind, with a particular interest in skills, innovation and the opportunities they create for people, places and communities.
From railways and transport networks to offshore wind and energy infrastructure, I've been fortunate to work on projects that make a lasting contribution to communities and the economy.
Alongside the projects themselves, I've developed a particular interest in the wider benefits that can emerge from investment, including skills and employment, business growth, innovation and stronger communities.
